Operations manager, Luis came to give estimate. Great guy sounded honest, sincere and that he cared. The job was to renovate the shower area from belly shower to marble walk in shower and install new toilet, plus other work also. The job started as a nightmare. The worker they sent was unreal, caused damage on the furniture, newly installed hardwood floor, walls etc. A supposedly 3wk job took around 3-4 months. They even piled the toilet and everything on top of the bed in the bedroom. Wow, what a mess! This is for the bathroom only. (They even installed a tap backwards) Some of the 'smaller work' that was to be done never was, including the fact that I was to have a new toilet installed by them and ended up having to pay them $85 in order to have it installed. They also did work in the basement with the water tank, and installed an 'iron remover' that they don't even service any more and won't even return my calls. The main house water line and valve leaks and has been leaking ever since and they don't care. Never repaired any of the damages, nor cared about them. Luis stopped answering calls, emails and texts. Contacted Robert who just told me "Well I guess Bossco is not for everyone" ... I guess not. I call and Murphy says that he cannot send anyone unless Robert okays it. Yet nobody comes to fix what needs to be done nor do they care. DO NOT fall into the hands of Bosco. Luis was great at the beginning but says he 'doesn't want to relive the nightmare'... a nightmare created by their workers. WOW I spent a fortune with them, over $15,000 and they just don't come and fix the leak nor care about anything.
So BE AWARE of how they 'can make you smile' because it will be 'how can we make you cry'!
